Program Questions
Who counts as a qualifying referral?
Someone who is not already in our system, reaches us through your link, and completes a free quote consultation about a structured settlement, annuity, or settlement payment stream they actually hold or have been awarded. One thank-you per person referred.
Does my friend have to sell anything?
No. The thank-you is for the completed quote consultation, not for any transaction. Nobody should ever feel pressure to sell payments, and a referral never changes the quote they receive.
Can I post my link publicly?
You can share it anywhere you are comfortable, but one rule always applies: if you post it publicly, say clearly that you may receive a referral reward from us. That disclosure is required, and it keeps things honest with your community. Please also respect the rules of any group you belong to; many support communities do not allow commercial links, and we would rather lose a referral than see you post somewhere it is not welcome.
How is the thank-you paid?
By digital gift card sent to the email we have on file for you. If we cannot verify the referral, we will reach out before deciding anything.
Are there limits?
The program covers up to 10 referral thank-yous per person per year. We may update or end the program at any time, but any referral completed while it is active is honored. Referrals cannot be self-referrals, and codes cannot be used in paid ads.
Program terms. The referral thank-you is offered by Sell My Structured Settlement for Cash and is separate from any quote or transaction. A qualifying referral is a new contact who reaches us through your referral link or code and completes a free quote consultation for a settlement, annuity, or payment stream they hold or have been awarded. Limit 10 thank-yous per referrer per year; one per person referred; no self-referrals; codes may not be used in paid advertising. If you share your link in a public post, you must disclose that you may receive a referral reward. We may modify or end this program at any time; qualifying referrals completed before any change is announced are honored. Transfers of settlement payments are funded and completed by Genex Capital and typically require court approval under your state's Structured Settlement Protection Act.
